- $150 per 60 minute initial assessment
- $125 per 50 minute follow-up session
Insurance
I am not associated with any health insurance networks, and am unable to complete or submit any insurance claim forms on your behalf.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. If you would like to apply for reimbursement for psychotherapy, I am happy to print a schedule of charges for you. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
Payment
I accept cash and all major credit cards, including FSA/HSA as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
